We hold tension in our bodies from physical, emotional, and mental injuries. Massage is one of oldest healing practices because it helps ease tension. Whether weekly, monthly, or quarterly, receiving a therapeutic massage can help to feel more ease in our body.

How Massage Helps

Massage calms the nervous system, promoting deeper breathing, decreased heart rate, and increased sensation. Feeling decreased pain & discomfort, experiencing decreased emotional responses, feeling more openness and flexibility in the body are common experiences from receiving a massage.

"Fuzzy ball of zen"

His pressure was perfection: soft when needed to be and more firm when needed to be. A wonderful balance. The massage was so, so, so rhythmic, at times our breathing was perfectly in sync and that added a magnificent effect. I came in today a tense, stressed mess, and I am leaving as a fuzzy ball of zen.

"Focused on addressing my issue"

Aaron is doing more benefit to my injured knee than Kaiser Permanente prescribed physical therapy! THANK YOU!!! Really focused on addressing my issue, using various approaches and explains his actions to me.

"Articulate, respectful, yet friendly."

Went above and beyond working on my problem area, even talked to about it afterwards with extra information. Thank you! Seriously, I wish all therapists were so articulate, respectful, yet friendly.

"Very Thoughtful"

I liked his communication style and his reminding me to breath in with him. He was very thoughtful, and unlike other therapists who did not know what to do with my foot cramp, he took the time to work it out. He was soothing and gave a good vibe throughout.

"Can’t speak highly enough"

I can’t speak highly enough regarding Aaron’s communication. He is respectful, knowledgeable, and communicated with me on how he can best help me. Very knowledgeable and cordial.

"One of the best"

One of the best therapists and communicators I’ve worked with. I’ve seen Aaron multiple times for a reason – warm and engaged yet completely professional. He asks the right questions and remembers all my aches and pains from appointment to appointment. I asked for deep tissue and Aaron has the skill to provide that while checking in on the pressure a couple of times as well. I appreciate his work!
